Smile and the world smiles with you...believes Dr Rajeev Bhandare. Rajeev graduated from the prestigious University of Mumbai, India in 1997 and theron followed his passion for designing smiles and helping apprehensive patients.
Rajeev was the Principal Dentist and successfully ran his practice in Mumbai for 14 years. He moved to Australia in 2011, after qualifying through the Australian Dental Council exams. He worked as a full-time Associate Dentist in Mackay QLD for 2 years. He introduced Dental Implants in the same practice. Then he moved to Redcliffe, and worked as a full-time Associate Dentist in a private practice for 1 year. Rajeev is a family man and loves to unwind by cooking scrumptious Indian delicacies for his family and friends. He is married to his college sweetheart for the past 16 years and they are blessed with 2 sons.

• Trained in Engine Driven Advanced Endodontics in 2006 at Hodec, USA.
• Advanced Implant Training in Seoul, Korea.
• Fellowship of the International Congress of Implantologist (FICOI) USA in 2001.
• Advisor to Prime Dental Products since 2004, lecturing on Endodontics and Prosthodontics.

Jigna is the practice manager at Exquisite Smiles. She is a Qualified Dentist from India and ran a successful practice for 15 years. Jigna is married to Dr Rajeev and her decision to manage Exquisite Smiles was motivated by wanting to spend quality time with their kids. She loves to travel, and if not travelling then is glued to the 'Travel and Living' Channel.

Lindsey is the Senior dental assistant at Exquisite Smiles. She achieved her Cert 3 in Dental assisting to change her profession from the finance industry. She values honesty, family and friendship. Lindsey is married to Scott and has 2 grown-up boys. Knitting, gardening, reading and travelling are her hobbies. She likes chocolates, coffee and loves to sleep through cold mornings.
