Child Dental Benefit Scheme (CDBS)- Medicare

CHILD DENTAL BENEFIT SCHEME (CDBS) has replaced the Medicare Teen Dental Vouchers. In this scheme, children between 2-17 years receive a voucher of $1000 per child which is valid for 2 calendar years from Medicare.
The scheme is available to families benefiting from the Family Tax Benefit - Part A. The following services are bulk billed under CDBS.

• X-rays
• Fillings
• Extractions
• Root Canal Treatment
